To keep the lymph on the move

The lymph in our body is full of disease fighting white blood cells, plasma and antibodies. Lymph cleans our body's cells and carries away anything that is foreign or harmful. In this way the bacteria and viruses are carried away from our cells.
Deep breathing is a simple way to help our immune system highway. The negative pressure in our chest as we inhale helps push lymph through our body. As we stretch our arms out or up, this also helps our chest cavity for Maxim breathing capacity.
A hot and cold shower also helps keep our lymph flowing, while taking a shower try to keep the water hot for three minutes then change to cold shower for one minute. Repeat this twice. The heat causes dilation of the blood vessels while the cold causes con traction, which creates the pumping action that helps move our lymph. But this treatment is not for everyone, we must consult our doctor first.
Walking, jumping and bouncing also helps to work the muscles and get our heart beating faster, which in turn helps in the movement of lymph. For Maximum lymphatic circulation, skipping for 20 minutes, five times a week is the best.

You say, "The negative pressure in our chest as we inhale helps push lymph through our body".

Can you elaborate on this, just how it works?
